The room was brand-new with a personal safe, a writing desk, and an iron.

very professional staff and altogether a very good experience. a safe, an iron, and a work desk available in the double room. very clean bed and an awesome bathroom.

Loved the room, it was carpeted with her children. Location: the hotel was near to the beach.

The breakfast was delicious with a lot of items.

Booked a room with good views of the lake. The location was easy, for example, a shopping mall was within easy walking distance of the hotel. There where shopping malls and different stores around the property.

Right next door, a restaurant open until 2am with music makes it hard to sleep... The 2 beds for 4 are small and soft

The cute atmosphere at the front desk and the very nice river view from the balcony. While the fridge and plentiful outlets in the room were a nice touch, the dated furniture and musty smell were off-putting. Staff assistance was hit-or-miss, but breakfast options were extensive and enjoyable.

The noise they were making, since they were under construction. The laundry was a little old and dirty, without a detergent dispenser. The aisles didn't smell right.

Myrtle Beach's flavor was on display with good pastries from nearby Habibi's Cafe & Market, and I found the cozy vibe at Magoo's Sports & Spirits perfect for unwinding. The hotel was clean and close to everything.

We hit some bumps, like the mix-up over our breakfast inclusion where the reception insisted it wasn't part of our package. Plus, the noise from the nearby pub and boat rentals made it tough for us to chill. It was a bummer for the $350 per night we dropped.

The room smelled like cigarettes, but they moved me into a different room. They should start renewing the mattresses.

The staff was friendly, but honestly, it was chaos with noise and frustration. Upon arrival, we reminded me of we were treated like beggars when the reception guy insisted breakfast wasn't included despite the reservation stating otherwise.

It cost an arm and a leg for a night but it was still bearable.
